Nutritional Information

Fish & Chips are healthier than you might think!

An average portion of fish, chips and peas contains only 7.2% fat of which only 2.8% is saturated fat. If you eat a 430g portion it will contain only 792 calories, so you can eat them with a clear conscience!  (For those who are trying to be 'extra good' we can offer smaller portion sizes, and even steam your fish as a non-fried alternative.)

Our fish and chips contain much less fat and calories than burgers, kormas or pizzas. Fish and chips are a valuable source of high quality protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, iron, calcium and dietary fibre. White fish is also an important part of a healthy diet. The government recommends you eat at least two portions of fish a week.

Gluten & Allergies

Please let us know when ordering if you are gluten intolerant or have allergies to specific foods, ingredients or seasonings.  We have a full allergen matrix in store for each of the products we serve and are happy to check your intended order for allergens to give you additional peace of mind.

For the gluten intolerant we can provide chips cooked in oil that battered products aren't fried in, as well as unbattered steamed fish.  Whilst this is sufficient for the vast majority of our gluten conscious customers, it should be noted that traces of gluten may be found in your meal as it will be prepared in an environment where gluten is present.
